The Process

It all begins with a phone call or email!

 

  1. Once you contact us and we have gathered some basic information from you, we arrange a site visit at your potential cabin site.
  2. We hear you out! We want to know exactly what your after, We suggest you gather alot of photos and ideas to show us and we work towards a quote for you with seperable items so you can clearly see what costs are invovled.
  3. Once we determine the quote matches exactly what your imagining, We begin the permit process on your behalf if you wish other wise you can also do this yourself. This involves a small fee to cover costs of enginering certification and permit fees etc. 
  4. Construction Contract! We will sit down with you again and sign contracts to begin the construction of your Cabin.
  5. Once we have a signed contract we will go through colour selection and spend some more time finalising your design
  6. Once we recieve an approval from council/Shires, We require a deposit to begin the build. This is often 50% of the Cabin Construction cost. 
  7. Now its time for our site preparation. if you choose to engage us, we will prepare all footings and foundation ready for your cabin to be installed.
  8. Your cabin is completed and now awaiting delivery. at this stage we will invoice you for another 25% payment. this will cover costs for Delivery, Crane hire and all site installation.
  9. Your delivery date is here! On this day we would usualy have your cabin landed by lunchtime. We will spend the next week or so getting all your power, plumbing and any other items finalised.
  10. Hand over! We will do a final handover of your cabin and deem all works completed. at this point the final Balance of 25% of the cabin costs will be paid for.

You have now succesfully designed your cabin and had it installed. 

One thing we guarentee is that we will always endevour to make this process as stress free for you as possible!

 

The Process can take anywhere from 4 to 6 Months and sometimes longer depending on location and access.

We also do not have ay control over Council/ Shire response times, however they are often Back within 60 days, so it pays to get this underway as soon as possible.
